Public Safety: Drive down crime through expanded mobile radio patrol units throughout District 2.
Education: Extend access to early childhood development to all children beginning at age 3. Improve K-12 public education by encouraging student attendance EVERYDAY of the academic year, and not just on "Count Day"!
Driver Responsibility Fee: Eliminate this fee.
Insurance Rates: Reform Michigan’s insurance laws to eliminate red-lining of rates in Detroit.

- Give thousands of Detroiters access to jobs in Michigan’s multi-billion dollar Green economy.
- Create jobs through entrepreneurship and small business development.
- Ensure Detroit residents receive priority with Detroit-based jobs.
Balanced Budgets: Pass the budget on time and reduce overspending in Michigan. Adopt a two-year budgetary planning process.
Revenue Sharing: Ensure Detroit receives its equitable share of state funds to aid in public safety and tackle blight.
Tax Policy: Reduce the tax burden on citizens through tax reform that attracts more diversified businesses to the state.
